Comparison Operators (moved to Chapter 5)

The comparison operators =, /=, <, <=, >, and >= were formerly documented here as number functions. Because they compare strings as well as numbers, they are general comparison predicates and are now defined in chapter 5, "Data and Control Flow", next to eq and equal. See "The Comparison Operators , /, <, <=, >, >=" and the individual Function Entries there. Their numeric behaviour follows "Normative Rules: Number Tower and Division".
