(acet-getvar varlist)

Description

Loads custom variables from several storage places. varlist is a list of '(var1 saveMode var2 saveMode …); saveMode can be a combination (bitflags) of : 1 = dictionary 2 = registry 4 = environment; if saveMode is NIL, the variable with its value is loaded from dictionary and registry
